- Abstract
The article discusses the legislative reapportionment process in Ohio. It mentions ruling of the court in the court case Wilson v. Kasich in which Supreme Court of Ohio that the relators in the case had failed to follow constitutional laws in redrawing the Ohio General Assembly districts. It adds that the court's decision for constitutional violations by the apportionment board will create hurdles to meritorious reapportionment in the future.
