The article offers information on the Family Mediation Program of the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution started by Roy Moore, chief justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama, in cooperation with Julia Weller, clerk of the court, to provide mediation to families facing divorce or child-support negotiations. Topics discussed include non-paid assistance to families by mediators, the Alabama Unified Judicial System Annual Report, and conflict resolution by lawyers and mediators.
