- Abstract
The article offers information on the history of new electric photoflash bulbs in the U.S. It states that the country has celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary on the use of flashbulb. It is also said that historians have overlooked the information that in 1983, Louis Boutan created exposures on electric photoflash lamp invented by Chauffour, a French electrical engineer. In addition, Boutan has also published that a magnesium wire in a spiral form has been placed in a glass bulb containing oxygen.
