- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 42-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital because of exercise induced syncope attack and later diagnosed with atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate. As learned from her medical history, she was having Ebstein's anomaly and atrial septal defect which had been surgically closed 15 years ago. No operative treatment for tricupsid valve had been done and she had been experiencing exercise dyspnea from last ten years.
