The article focuses on the practice of investigating jurors by attorneys in the modern digital age. It analyzes the benefits of this practice to both the legal system and attorneys and reveals that this investigating act improves the jury-selection process and reduces juror misconduct. It depicts two main drawbacks of this act as juror privacy and full disclosure and recommends some suggestions to the attorneys for overcoming the problem of privacy.
