The article comments on the creation and evolution of the two legal structures agency relationship and the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act of 2006 (UAGA). Topics discussed include management of the conflicts created by the donation systems of the UAGA, addressing the impact of implementing UAGA on the economic and social condition of Ohio, and the role of the healthcare power of attorney (HPOA), a form of legal documents in creating the agency relationship.
