- Abstract
The article discusses the functional role of group members and how to effectively train members in group facilitation. It states that training in group membership roles requires the identification and examination of various member responsibilities that are basically enacted in group processes. It adds that training members needs further study of group situations in terms of the functions needed in relation to both schema of a group production and to a conception of the group's growth.
