- Abstract
The article presents Minnesota and U.S. intellectual property law news briefs as of March 2012, focusing on the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota (USDCDM) case Spectralytics Inc. v. Cordis Corp. which deals with patent infringement, and the USDCDM case 3M Innovative Props. Co. v. Tredegar Corp. which deals with the alleged infringement of several patents, as well as the issue of prior art. The issue of enhanced damages is also examined in the Spectralytics case.
