- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the leaching characteristics of diuron, norflurazon, bromacil and simazine in a sandy soil under citrus production and evaluates the effectiveness of three acrylic polymer adjuvants for mimization of leaching herbicides in soil leaching columns. The study uses Candler fine sand. Results show higher mobility of bromacil and simazine compared to either norflurazon or diuron and adjuvant specificity for particular herbicides.
