- Abstract
The fungal flora diversity in sour porridge samples from Bayannur region of Inner Mongolia was analyzed using Illumina Mi Seq high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that the dominant fungal phylum(average relative abundance>1.0%) was Ascomycota(98.11%) in sour porridge samples, and the dominant fungal genera were Pichia(37.32%), Kazachstania(20.34%), Saccharomyces(11.03%), Galactomyces(9.41%),Candida(5.88%), Aspergillus(4.44%), Issatchenkia(2.69%) and Debaryomyces(1.51%). 8 sour porridge samples contained 50 core operational taxonomic units(OTUs)(OTUs present in all samples), among them, 15 were dominant OTUs, which were annotated to the 8 dominant genera with a cumulative relative content of 92.49%, the core advantage OTUs with significant correlation were all positively correlated. The fungal taxa in the sour porridge samples were mainly yeasts represented by Pichia and others, and most of the core fungal flora were positively correlated with each other.
