- Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum 18 kDa translocation protein (TSPO), Nesfatin-1 (Nesfatin-1), angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) and postpartum depression (PPD), and to analyze their value in predicting PPD. Methods: 187 parturients who were admitted to Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected. According to the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS), the parturients were divided into depression group (≥13 scores, 31 cases) and non-depression group (<12 scores, 156 cases)in 3 weeks after delivery. Serum levels of TSPO, Nesfatin-1 and AngⅡwere detected 3d before and after delivery. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of PPD. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the value of TSPO, Nesfatin-1 and AngⅡ in predicting PPD. Results: The level of postpartum serum TSPO in the depression group decreased, and was lower than that in the non-depression group (P<0.05), and the levels of serum Nesfatin-1 and AngⅡincreased, and were higher than those in the non-depression group (P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of education level high school or below, conjugal relation tension, family economic income < 5000 yuan/month, cesarean section delivery in the depression group were higher than those in the non-depression group (P<0.05), and the Apgar score of newborn was lower than that in the non-depression group (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that low Apgar score of newborn, education level high school or below, high Nesfatin-1, high AngⅡ and low TSPO were risk factors for PPD (P<0.05). The area under the curve predicted by TSPO, Nesfatin-1 and AngⅡ were 0.722, 0.736 and 0.700. Combined with TSPO, Nesfatin-1 and AngⅡ, the area under the curve of PPD was 0.901, which was higher than that predicted by individual indicators. Conclusion: The levels of serum TSPO are decreased in patients with PPD, and the levels of Nesfestatin-1 and AngⅡare increased, which are related to the occurrence of PPD. The combined with TSPO, Nesfestatin-1 and AngⅡ has high value in the prediction of PPD occurrence risk.
