The article discusses a study on the efficiency in the process of electronic medical documentation for two electronic clinical documentation systems. Topics covered include the creation of the electronic medical record (EMR) documentation, the main variable chosen to compare the effectiveness of two electronic medical documentation systems, and forms and segments of the EMR and the time required to fill them in for the two study groups.
