- Abstract
The article discusses three Great Britain court case including Yam Seng Pte Ltd. v. International Trade Corporation Ltd. (ITC), Compass Group UK and Ireland Ltd. v. Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust and TSG Building Services PLC v. South Anglia Housing Ltd. In the first case Yam Seng argued that ITC sold same domestic product below the duty free prices that it was permitted to offer. The second case dealt with the failure in cooperation in a caluse to offer catering services to the trust.
