- Authors
Schultz, Thomas
- Abstract
The author reflects on the topic of Law Without the State and its help in dispute settlement. He states how lawyers allow states the monopoly of lawmaking which constrains the thinking of intellectuals. An overview is offered of an increasingly transnational world which gives rise to transnational law. The author suggests that lawyers reach out beyond the traditional frontiers of their discipline to find solutions on the topic of law.
