- Abstract
The article presents the response to comments on the article on accuracy of conventional ankle CT Scan with external rotation and dorsiflexion. Topics discussed include the rationale in choosing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and the essential differentiation of syndesmotic ligament injury from syndesmotic instability. Also noted are the value of rethinking old dilemmas in new approaches for science to evolve, and the use of prespecified variables in research that could impact results.
