- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old female patient visited to hospital due to persistent lower back pain. The case mentions that the patient has diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The case findings reveals that the patient is suffering with biclonal plasma cell myeloma (PCM) showing kappa and lambda light chain restrictions. The case mentions small amount of lambda monoclonal protein in serum in capillary electrophoresis.
