- Abstract
We consider many-body enhanced electron tunnelling through an InAs quantum dot in magnetic field applied perpendicular to the tunneling direction. Critical exponent of Fermi edge singularity in tunneling current is calculated as a function of magnetic field. We use lowest Landau level approximation for electrons in emitter and perform scattering matrix calculation in Born approximation. Results are compared with recent experiments.
