- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which explored diversification, financial performance and other issues involved in corporate strategy. A discussion is presented about corporate management and process of conglomeration and the incorporation regulations set by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The authors present a market analysis of corporate performance and compare the profitability of diversified companies versus nondiversified companies. Details related to the study's methods are mentioned.
