- Abstract
The article discusses a court case that showed a U.S. Supreme Court's decision to extend the Constitution's Fourth Amendment protection against warrantless search by law enforcement officers. The Georgia Supreme Court affirmed the reversal by the Court of Appeals of Georgia of the trial court's findings that the warrantless search of respondents residence was valid.
