- Abstract
The efficacy of Pendimethalin 1.0 kg/ha (3-4 DAS)was poor, which improved with the mixture of herbicides. However, mixture of Herbicides Bispyribac Sodium 25g/ha + Chlorimuronethyl + Metsulfuron methyl 20g/ha (20-25 DAS), Paralyzed the weed growth significantly to that of other mixture of herbicides and attained the superior value of yield attributes and yield. Weed free (two hand weeding at 25 and 45 DAS) was found most effective to control weeds in rice and recorded lowest weed density, weed dry matter and weed index and highest weed control efficiency. The maximum net return and B: C ratio were recorded under the treatment of Bispyribac sodium 25g/ha + Chlorimuronethyl + Metsulfuron methyl 20g/ha (20-25 DAS).
