- Abstract
The article discusses a study related to evaluation of integrase majority resistant variants (MRVs) and MRVs in naive patients by ultradeep sequencing (UDS) and Sanger sequencing. Topics discussed include relatively high prevalence of integrase strand transfer inhibitor (ISTI)-associated resistance mutations among methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) treatment-naive patients, no retrieval of ISTI signature resistance mutations and detection of R263K mutation from UDS.
