- Abstract
The article recommends supplementing of standard forms of constitutional adjudication such as legal rules, principles, and doctrines with appropriate and legitimate attention that referred to as the Four Cardinal Virtues. Topics discussed include historical constitutional cases with cardinal virtues, role of the virtues in judicial decision making, and inclusion of courage, temperance, justice and practical wisdom in cardinal virtues.
