- Abstract
The article explores the adaptability of the American Law Institute (ALI)-International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) principles of Transnational Civil Procedure (PTCP) in Europe. It discusses the access to information in civil litigation context as it involves the structural aspect that is responsible largely for the primary differences between the legal systems. It highlights the provisions governing the formulation of claims and pleading requirements.
