An essay of concept of an information fiduciary, category of people and businesses in the digital age is presented. It suggests that online service providers and cloud companies who collect, analyze, use, sell, and distribute personal information should be seen as information fiduciaries toward their customers and end-users. It discusses the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment provisions related to rights of privacy.
