- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in the case Dahlin v. Lyondell Chemical Company wherein court rejected an argument that bankruptcy debtors were required by due process. It mentions court vacated a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff in an action alleging that plaintiffs decedent contracted acute myeloid leukemia from benzene exposure while working as a truck driver.
