The article discusses a conversation between four executives of the State of Arkansas related to secession, nullification, and interposition in Arkansas including Max Brantley, Morril Harriman and Bob Ballinger. Topics discussed include the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in case Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, related to Kansas school desegregation decision, the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights and article 2, section 5 of the Arkansas Constitution and case Cooper v. Aaron.
