- Abstract
This paper systematically summarizes the modal performance standards and relevant requirements of railway vehicles at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant research background and research results of two major projects of CRRC. On this basis, the modal analysis and dynamic performance simulation analysis are carried out for the shaking problem of a certain type of EMU control vehicle. The analysis and research show that strengthening the management of the wheel equivalent concity can effectively prevent the control vehicle from shaking due to the secondary hunting of bogie, while the first-order breathing modal, the first-order vertical bending modal and the first-order diamond modal of the carbody have a significant impact on the carbody vibration acceleration and ride index. Based on the application experience, this paper puts forward the control vehicle modal planning proposal.
