- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old man with massive hemobilia after undergoing Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. The use of electrocardiogram reveals the acute coronary syndrome in patients while gastroscopy shows the massive nasopharyngeal bleeding. It asserts that clinicians should be keen in observing the symptoms of the disease, especially when gastroscopy failed to present a clear cause.
