Reflects on experiences at the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California in Berkeley and on the "Berkeley Women's Law Journal (BWLJ)" from 1995 to 1998. Implication of the enactment of the Resolution SP-1, an anti-discrimination policy in the educational program of the school in July 1995 for BWLJ members; Move made by Boalt in compliance with the Proposition 209, which prohibits the grant of preferential treatment in the operation of public education; Efforts of BWLJ to counteract and protest the decline in racial diversity in the school.
