- Abstract
The article discusses a study which used a one-step method to prepare stable aqueous nanocomposite dispersions based on cellulose whiskers taken from the rachis of the date palm tree and a poly(styrene-co-2-ethyl hexylacrylate) copolymer through mini-emulsion polymerization. Nanocomposites materials were prepared from dynamic light scattering using a casting/evaporation method. Differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis were examined.
