- Abstract
The article offers a list of free media sites available on the Internet in the spring 1999. The main objective of the author is to show what's available as free media lists and what one may find at key media websites on the Internet. He conceded that although there is a lot of useful information available on the Web now, these free guides lack the structure and comprehensiveness of traditional commercial guides. He underscored the fact that commercially prepared media lists in a media relations office have a reputation for being comprehensive and fairly expensive. Also several Media Guide sites are provided.
