- Title
Helping Your Organization Triumph Over Negatives.
- Authors
Adams, William C.
- Abstract
This article discusses the role of a public relations personnel in making the organization win in negative situations and to continue effectively operating. Associations still have much work to do to gain public understanding and acceptance and to combat criticism from outside forces. Success in blunting negatives is personified by a National Association of Retired Federal Employees campaign that did not just ask for fairness in social security reform. Thus, its is important to increase public awareness of truths before a piece of ruinous legislation is in the hopper and the cudgels are flying from the press and advocacy groups.
