- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old women who was admitted with a complaint of change in bowel habit. She has reported with a history of unilateral oophorectomy with diagnosis of ovarian malign cystic lesion 35 years ago and has undergone radiotherapy of 15 days duration. A histopathological examination revealed that a tumoral lesion obliterating intestinal lumen is a rectal leiomyosarcoma (LMS).
