The article discusses the travels of German Hieronymus Tielsch and his countryman Servatius Reichell to England and Scotland in the early seventeenth century. Also cited are the remaining leaves from Tielsch's 'album amicorum' showing the autographs of his friends and acquaintances, as well as some watercolour illustrations of people of England and Scotland.
