- Abstract
Results of studying effective use of nanostructured filler and single- and (or) two-layer application of flame retardant on wood are presented. It is established that sodium water glass is the most effective binder in the production of refractory protective coatings for building structures. The fire-resistant composition of sodium water glass and higher silicon oxide proposed may be attributed to group I of fire-retardant efficiency.
