The article reports on the study conducted which aims to solve the problem of immune rejection of cells which have been transplanted for therapy. The inquiry was done with the use of condensed chromosomes from nocodazole-arrested donor zygotes and two-and eight-celled embryos. Meanwhile, the investigation indicates that non-viable fertilized eggs may eventually prove significant in formulating patient-derived human embryonic stem cells.
