- Abstract
The article discusses the jurisdictional gap in the legal system in Indiana in addressing cases of child molestation by juvenile suspects that were only discovered during their adulthood. Other topics include the Indiana Supreme Court's opinion on juvenile jurisdiction, and the bill filed by state General Assembly Representative Wendy McNamara to address said gap.
