- Abstract
High・silica CHA zeolite membrane is one of the ideal candidates for C02 mixture separation. However, the expensive organic template TMAdaOH is used widely in the preparation of membrane. Defects are generated easily during the process of template removal, which worsen the gas separation performance of the membrane. The replacement of TMAdaOH with cheap template is an effective way to reduce the preparation cost of the membrane・ The defects of membrane could be controlled with increased gas separation performance by improving the method of template removal or post-treatment strategies・ In the future, the replacement of TMAdaOH with cheap and environmentally friendly template in the preparation of CHA zeolite membrane, and the defect-patching technologies by post-treatment are the research emphases.
