- Abstract
It is the main goal and core task of the construction of the teaching staff in the age of educational informatization 2.0 that teachers actively adapt to new technology changes. Adapting to technological change reflects teachers' exploration and learning of the technological world, and maintaining an appropriate tension between initiative and passivity is the key to adaptation. On the one hand, teachers should be encouraged to keep up with the needs of the times, attach importance to the supporting role of technology in teaching space, and continuously improve the application ability of information technology; on the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen the professional autonomy of teachers, face up to the limitations of teaching technology, and keep alert to the possible negative effects of technological development. It is necessary to pay attention to the human-machine coordinated development trend of teachers' technological adaptation from the perspective of value, give full play to the leading role of key groups in the process of teachers' technological adaptation, and promote teachers' technological adaptation by strengthening their autonomy and creation consciousness.
