- Abstract
Questionnaire method is used to investigate the eurrent situation ol 795 banzhurens in primary and seeondary sehools in Beijing to earry out the guidanee on students ’ interpersonal eommunieation and the eorresponding countermeasures are proposed. The results ol the investigation show as follows :(1) the banzhu-rens in primary and seeondary sehools attaeh importanee to guiding students in interpersonal eommunieation at the eoneeptual level, but fail to implement it at the behavioral level; (2) the guiding eoneept ol the banzhuren still stays in the problem-solving guidanee, and the developmental guidanee needs to be strengthened; (3) the main diflieulties laeed by the banzhuren in guiding students ’ interpersonal eommunieation are “ laek ol effeetive guiding strategies ” , “ laek ol' relevant knowledge ” , “ laek ol' institutional guarantee and time ” ; (4) the banzhurens have a strong desire lor self-improvement and will aetively learn relevant knowledge ol interpersonal guidanee. Based on this, the edueation administrators should provide eorresponding poliey support to ensure that the guidanee work earried out by the banzhuren on students ’ interpersonal eommunieation is implemented at the behavioral level, provide eorresponding training for the banzhuren, elarify the division ol duties between the banzhuren and the psyehology teaeher, strengthen professional eooperation.
