The article discusses study of impact of inconsistent consumption of insect growth regulator evaluated on filth fly population control in simulated field environment. Topics discussed include economic impact of house or horn fly on cattle operations across the U.S., larvicides that take advantage of manupitaed hormonal or protein production of immature flies and inconsistent consumption of diflubenzuron (DFB).
