Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the court case 'Town of Greece v. Galloway' in which the court uphold the Town's practice of beginning its monthly meetings with prayer. Topics discussed include laws preventing the violation of the Establishment Clause; the U.S. court case 'Marsh v. Chambers;' and introduction of the endorsement test in 1984 in the case 'Lynch v. Donnelly. '
