- Abstract
The article offers information on the presentation of a case for legal control of "liberation" propaganda in the International law in the U.S. It mentions that the government-sponsored propaganda of liberation movement was voted in the French National Convention on November 19, 1792. It offers information on the sub categories of subversive propaganda which includes, irredentist and socio- revolutionary propaganda. It states that the bulk of liberation propaganda comes from Communist states, Soviet Union and China.
