- Abstract
The article focuses on the conflict of law in the legal system of the U.S. It mentions that the conflict of laws originated from the diversity of the laws existing in various territorial legal units. It highlights two approaches which can dispose a conflict problem including the preventive method of conflict avoidance and the clinical method of conflict solution. It discussed how the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of 1924 and Wills Act of 1861 by Bills of Exchange Act of 1862 are applied to provide solutions for conflict problems.
