- Abstract
«Perceptual sensation in George Berkeley». The article analyzes the perceptual sensation concept, advanced by the empiricist philosopher George Berkeley, lit now with the scientific demonstration of the resolution of the problem raised in the twelfth century by Willian Molyneaux to another English empiricist philosopher, John Locke. The problem has gone down in history with the name "The blind Molyneaux" and has maintained their questions remained for 300 years. The journal Nature Neuroscience published an alleged ultimate solution to this riddle, which is applicable in the classical two-dimensional representation of space in drawings and paintings, and the current representation of virtual images. Understanding the thoughts of philosophers who studied perception is get close to the world of ideas and problem solving. When we study and assimilate abstract concepts, they become part of our knowledge and are transcribed as sensations that are perceived as their own. Thus, knowledge of the "linear perspective," which is one more of the geometric procedures than exist to represent abstractly what we see, it is associated as a possible solution in the representation of the "visual reality.".
