The increase in the number of divorces is a global trend and that more or less is present in almost all societies. Family dysfunction, severe economic conditions within it and especially the presence of domestic violence are risk factors for the destruction of a family that the consequences of this process will drag on and last a lifetime. Disordered family relationships result in divorce as one of the most stressful events for all family members who will face its consequences. In today's legislation, both nationally and globally, almost all states provide for the causes of divorce which the spouses can not personally imagine themselves but must be provided by law. This unwanted phenomenon that leads to divorce can occur in different forms: mental and psychological abuse as well as threats of physical, psychological, sexual, economic abuse, etc. It actually means spousal abuse outside the bounds of conscious responsibility of the roots and rise of each marriage.
