- Abstract
The article discusses the relation between health services and social work as part of the New Jersey Health Initiatives (NJHI) project of the organization Jewish Vocational Services of MetroWest (JVS). Topics include the creation of accountable care organizations (ACOs) in relation to the U.S. Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA), the appointment of JVS health care case managers (HCMs), and health literacy and quality of life outcomes.
