- Abstract
In the previous study of our group, the maize GRMZM2G455909 gene was obtained. In this study, the bioinformatics analysis of the GRMZM2G455909 gene was carried out to clarify its molecular characteristics; the overexpression vector pCAMBIA1301a-GRMZM2G455909 was constructed, and the GRMZM2G455909 gene transgenic Arabidopsis plants were obtained by Agrobacterium-mediated methods. The disease resistance and disease resistance signaling pathway of GRMZM2G455909 transgenic Arabidopsis plants were analyzed. The study showed that the protein sequence encoded by GRMZM2G455909 gene belongs to the NBS-LRR protein family; The number of bacterial cells in vivo decreased significantly, and its disease resistance was significantly enhanced. It is speculated that Pst DC3000 may induce GRMZM2G45590 gene transgenic Arabidopsis to form a salicylic acid resistance signaling pathway in vivo. The results can provide new ideas for improving disease resistance in crop genetics and breeding. path.
