- Abstract
In order to better develop and utilize Chongqing tea germplasm resources and understand the genetic diversity of Chongqing tea germplasm resources, this study identified and evaluated 30 agronomic traits and 5 main biochemical component indicators of 30 preserved tea germplasm resources. It shows that there are varying degrees of variation in agronomic traits and main biochemical components of Chongqing tea resources. The coefficient of variation of agronomic traits is between 11.01% and 53.54%, and the average coefficient of variation is 29.13%; the diversity index is between 0.32 and 2.04, and the average diversity index is between 0.32 and 2.04. 1.16; The coefficient of variation of the main biochemical components is between 11.87% to 28.56%, and the average coefficient of variation is 19.4%; the diversity index is between 1.91 to 2.07, and the average diversity index is 2.00; the cumulative contribution rate of the first 9 principal components is 74.85%, including Most of the information of 35 trait indicators can be used for comprehensive evaluation of Chongqing tea germplasm resources; 30 Chongqing tea resources are divided into 3 groups through cluster analysis. Groups I and II belong to both red and green types. The third group is the development of high-quality raw materials for black tea; 1 copy of the bud color variant material, 3 copies of the bud and leaf fluff special type material, 10 copies of the extra early tea plant material, 21 special resources of high tea polyphenols, and 4 special resources of high caffeine.
