This article offers advice to managers looking for a job change. The article states that knowing what is driving their desire to leave their current employer will help executives to choose a suitable new one, or may make them reconsider. The article advises that executives should evaluate their career priorities and goals, and if there is an opportunity that moves them toward that objective, they should take it. The article advises they conduct due diligence before deciding and suggests doing extra homework on a potential new employer. The article urges job hunters to pay extra attention to corporate culture and fit.
